Employee Benefits Rabble Rouse Workers' Engagement
What are the differing values and attributes of each generation? What are the work styles of these particular segments of workers? How do they view authority and their jobs? What is their attitude about money and tenure with employers? Sufficient information and knowhow in these areas would help business leaders in managing and motivating talent, engaging employees, creating a productive work environment and in aligning employee benefits with the needs of each generational group.
