Thanksgiving at Halle Berry's house did not quite measure up to the picture-perfect Hollywood standard, and now Halle's ex, Gabriel Aubry, is headed back to court.

The two just settled a long custody battle over their 4-year-old daughter Nahla — Halle was denied permission to move her to France after Gabriel argued that the move would make it impossible for him to have a meaningful relationship with his daughter.

On Thanksgiving Day, Gabriel got into a physical altercation with Halle's fianc�, Unfaithful actor Olivier Martinez, at Halle's home in the Hollywood Hills. He was then arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery (and treated for facial wounds at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center). He was released after posting $20,000 bail, and is expected to appear in court on Dec. 13. Halle has reportedly filed for a restraining order.
