Knowing the Difference Between Patent and Trademark
In a global environment filled with hues and cries about intellectual property rights, it is necessary for both the layman and those concerned with these to know clearly about terms like patent, trademark, copyright etc. It is known to all that intellectual property rights or IPR are those legal criteria that are concerned with protecting the originality of an individual or group's works of literature, art, invention and the like. It is under IPR that the features like patent appear.
