How to "Manage" Your Manager
It's important to remember that no two managers are alike, although we may think they are. We often stereotype them, but truthfully, every person is different. The underlying principle of managing up is to do due diligence on our managers. If we know who our managers are, it helps to manage their and our expectations. To that end, here are six tips to managing up more effectively.
