Foreign Policy: Hope But No Change In The DRC
President Obama was a big proponent of American support for the Democratic Republic of the Congo when he was in the Senate, but Foreign Policy's Mvemba Phezo Dizolele says he has not followed through on that commitment during his time in the Oval Office.
