The Trend For Asking Unusual Questions at Interviews
Although the latest statistics for both temporary and permanent job vacancies in the UK have continued to increase according to the latest survey, the rate of appointments slowed slightly. The Recruitment and Employment Confederation's monthly survey found that vacancies continued to rise in December 2012 and at their fastest rate in 20 months, but the availability of suitable candidates had declined slightly. Nevertheless the competition among candidates for each vacancy remains fierce and some employers have been using some unusual tactics for identifying the type of person they are looking for.
